Noir Lash Lounge is the absolute best! They offer both classic and volume lashes, and mine always come out perfect and natural looking! I have gone to their locations for over 6 years, and they are the only lash lounge I trust! I highly recommend Kelsey at the Santa Monica location!
Kelsi never fails to do a brilliant job!!!!! I have been seeing her for years and she never disappoints!
