I have been a customer of noir lash lounge lower lonsdale for 4 years. They will always look after me with the best communication and kindness! They go over and beyond to help me in any way they can. I recommend their services to everyone all the time! They are the best at what they do! I get complaints all the time on my eye lashes! Thank you Noir Staff.
I had a very disappointing appointment at Noir Lash Lounge. I booked a classic set, and I’m not sure if my tech was new, but there were several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. Right after the tape and eye pads were applied, my eyes began to burn. I asked her to adjust them, which she did, but the burning continued throughout the entire appointment. I got a set of lash extensions here last year and a lash lift + tint just over 3 weeks ago and my lashes are now severely damaged after the lift. Although the staff is friendly and welcoming, I'm pretty disappointed after paying over $100 plus a tip for this service just to have my lashes thinning, falling out, and going completely different directions, some even inside my eye. I have been doing my lashes at noir lash for a year now and I absolutely love the professionalism and work ethic, they care for you and your lashes Paula the owner is so kind and knowledgeable, my eyes looked more expressive and I love their work🌸
Truly sorry but that was the worst lash lift and tint, it was so irritating and I was in pain and struggled for a straight hour. They look nice, but for $95 bucks they aren't that nice. I hope they look better tomorrow.
