I have been a customer of noir lash lounge lower lonsdale for 4 years. They will always look after me with the best communication and kindness! They go over and beyond to help me in any way they can. I recommend their services to everyone all the time! They are the best at what they do! I get complaints all the time on my eye lashes! Thank you Noir Staff.
I had a very disappointing appointment at Noir Lash Lounge. I booked a classic set, and I’m not sure if my tech was new, but there were several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. Right after the tape and eye pads were applied, my eyes began to burn. I asked her to adjust them, which she did, but the burning continued throughout the entire appointment.
