Booked online for a Sunday appointment - confirmed via text message on Friday, only to received an automated cancelation email on the same day implying that I canceled the booking. Called on Saturday to try to figure out what happened, but no response. Found out they are actually closed on weekends, which is fine, but if you've made an error in allowing bookings on your website, wouldn't you at least try to contact the customer directly? This was a very poor customer experience.

I had a trainee set done by Noor, and she was awesome. She was very gentle on my lashes and I was really happy with my classic set. It looks natural and there was no irritation.
Have gotten my lashes done here twice and loved both times! I was feeling sleepy and she let me rest while doing my set. Lashes have lasted over 3 weeks and still look great
