Here is my experience with this company. I am the business manager for an ophthalmology group. I placed a large order for protective glasses. The order arrived over 2 weeks late and was damaged on arrival. The customer service seemed to be non-existent. I spent over a week calling and emailing them without a response. Finally heard back and was offered a replacement. Replacement order took over a month and when it arrived they were for the wrong wavelength! Tried contacting them again and same story, no response for days.
Hello I am a mom of a child you all just made glasses for and rushed the order so she can enjoy the rest of her summer . I can't thank you all enough . You don't underatand how much this helped my child. She was so excited to get them . They help her to see so much better she wants to be out side now . wanted to reach out and personally say thank you to eveyone at this company . so to everyone at this company thank you so very much you have helped change her life
