I called yesterday to try and get my husband an appointment. The guy on the phone said schedule online. We chose the 8:30-9:30 option. My husband drives all the way there for there to be a sign on the door that says they don't even open to 10am. Why the hell is that an option to schedule if they don't even open that early. Waste of time. I was really hoping this would be a good experience for my husband because it's his first time cutting extremely long hair in a long time.

I went in today with my son between 10:30 and 11:00am as walk ins. I came in asked if they took walk in they said yes so we took a seat to wait. There were 5 barbers there 3 busy cutting clients and 2 doing nothing. One of the busy barbers told the 2 other barber that they had 2 walk ins if they wanted to take us, one said no because he had and appointment at 11 at this time it was already 11 so they said give that client 15 more minutes if he doesn’t show up take the walk in.
