I have black mold growing in my unit, as well as lifting paint. I have been getting sick regularly but was unable to see the mold at first but now I can see it. Be aware of this manager she is careless. I have sent in over 15 complaints in writing with provided proof of noise complaints and she has gaslit me each time, takes absolutely no accountability and the building here has not been upkept well since Susan the current manager has arrived here. This is the very first apartment I looked at before moving and I instantly fell in love. Everything is clean and well maintained. Our manager, Susan is the most professional and friendly person I have ever come across. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. The neighbors are really friendly and I feel safe and happy here. This feels like real Luxury living.
Have lived here for 3-4yrs with little to no issues. The staff is always very friendly and quick to assist with any issues. The Management is very kind and customer support oriented. Would highly recommend my building. The neighbors are all great as well.
