I got their brownie. $8. And it was one of the worst brownies I ever had in my life. It tastes like PLAY DOH. $8 for a brownie that’s under mediocre is a crime. I’m a brownie guy so I still gave it that chance to try. NEVER AGAIN. Pretentious little bakery I’ll never revisit.
Noglu is a reliably good place to have gluten free food options. Nice baked goods, good sandwiches, coffee, juices, etc. It is quite expensive, but it’s on Madison Ave so to be expected. Would definitely recommend.
The cashier is the most friendy and nice latina girl I have ever seen she always have a big smile and is ready to help you … I recomend everyone to go there if you are looking for a nice environment
The croissant ($7) and pain au chocolat ($10) were terrible. Both pastries were quite small for the price, and the quality did not match the premium cost. They were very hard on the outside but soggy on the inside, seemingly due to an excess of butter. Given the price point, this was particularly surprising. Unfortunately, I couldn’t finish either pastry and ended up throwing them away. Do not recommend, there are better GF options in the city.
So expensive and actually taste terrible. I’m coeliac so i know gluten free options can be good but this place is not it.
Noglu has a 3.3 star rating with 888 reviews.
Noglu is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
