General Wear did an amazing job on my bags that I ordered for my Bachelorette gift bags. I worked with Liam who provided great customer service, great attention to detail and fabulous quality of product. My girls LOVED their bags and were so excited to use them for years to come. Highly recommend using General for your Merch needs! I'll be using them again for my company.

I worked with General Wear on merch for my wedding -- socks I had them embroider with our logo, an extremely last-minute decision on my part. They worked with my tight deadline, were super responsive, the socks looked better than I imagined, everyone LOVED them and the socks themselves are so comfortable I had guests follow up about where they can buy more. I'm so happy I found a local embroidery resource, I can't wait to find an excuse to use them again.

It couldn't have been a more positive experience. Extremely professional overall. Excellent, prompt communication. They were happy to accommodate my rush order for a very fair price. Leo (whom I believe is an owner) was very patient with my novice questions, explaining (dare I say "nerding-out" on) any technical process I may not have understood, something I personally appreciate. Most importantly the final embroidery work was excellent. They clearly enjoy and take pride in their work.
