So much to love about this gym! I love that there’s a different workout every day. It’s open 24/7 (including public holidays!) and the best thing is there’s NO timetable. As a busy working mum, I love that I can do the circuit-based workouts when it suits me and don’t have to think about what to do! My kids love coming with me on the weekend to hang out in the kids corner and practice their handstands against the wall. Daz and the coaches are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Just finished the 28-day Level Up Challenge at NOFOMO and couldn't be happier with the experience! Darren is a fantastic trainer, he struck the perfect balance of being motivating and pushing me to my limits while knowing exactly when to modify workouts to suit my needs. I highly recommend Nofomo Cairns, the vibe in the gym is amazing. Good for the mums with no baby sitter. Daz is so supportive and push you really hard to achieve your goals.
The atmosphere is always welcoming and the community is friendly and supportive. The coaches are knowledgable, encouraging, and truly care about your progress. Plus having a children’s area makes it a perfect place for me when I have to bring my daughter. The vibes are unbeatable - high energy.
