My favourite gym! I love that it’s open 24/7, and the workouts are all programmed for you — you just show up and get it done! The equipment is always clean and well looked after. Great variety of workouts for all fitness levels. The coaches are great motivators haha. The gym also does challenges throughout the year which are fun and a great way to stay consistent.
