I really enjoy training here! The workouts are always complete and well-rounded, and I love having the flexibility to choose when I can come in. Darren and Jess are both amazing, always friendly, supportive and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Nice concept for a gym. TVs running 24/7h and you can just jump in and follow the workout! Amazing service as well any problem I had just a direct message to Daz and all solved! Thank you!

The No FOMO gym in Cairns is next level!! Daz, the other Trainers and everyone else have been so welcoming and really made me feel apart of this amazing gym community. The trainers go above and beyond and know how to push you to become stronger & fitter.

A gym without the ego! You dont have to think! The workouts are different circuits everyday, different sort depending on day (strength/hitt/ body groups). The equipment is ready for the circuit so you follow the workout around without having to wait for machince. So good for a busy mum like,myslef I can go at whatever time and get my work out in. Staff hours early morning and arvo if you need that extra push. It's great.
