DISHONESTY is what all I say about Dr. Noffsinger’s practice. • DISHONESTY about patient care! No clinical evidence to support getting adjusts 5 times per week if you were out of town (make up sessions). They just want your money! • DISHONEST about his promises – failure to deliver.
