STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE I bought my Noffke house September of 2025 in Moses Lake and it is now January of 2026 and I had the absolute worst first time home buying experience imaginable. I rarely write a review but I wanted to share my experience with Noffke homes.I bought a new home from them 2 years and the experience in dealing with them has been awful.I was vacuuming downstairs and noticed the carpet was sinking in some areas, I it inspected and found out the slab had separated from the foundation in several areas , the cost to repair will be roughly $11000. As a sub-contractor I can say this is one of the worst companies we’ve ever worked with. We finished a project for them and they didn’t paid us. They ignore our emails, calls. People ignore this company!
We have a 2018 Noffke home and it’s amazing. The quality is way higher than I was expecting. Build is solid and materials are good quality.
