A friend recommended Noemi because she did such a beautiful job on her daughter’s wedding dress. I had a beautiful large, old quilt that had mistakenly been placed in a washing machine. It was already aging and worn, now it was ripped. Noemi lovingly worked on the quilt for months, doing part by hand, part by machine. I just picked it up and it looks like a work of art. She did such a fabulous job. Noemi really appreciates beautiful fabrics and historical pieces. Now I will be taking all my regular alterations to her!
This woman is incredible! I found the perfect dress online for my baby’s baptism, except they didn’t have a dress the size that fit me. I bought it anyways and then I searched around for someone who was willing to tailor it. Unfortunately, because it was so intricate, people weren’t willing to touch it at dry cleaners. Noemi is super knowledgeable about alterations. I came to her with a complicated wedding dress, and she was thoughtful and clever with how to do the alterations in a way that preserved the design of the dress as much as possible. It was so helpful to have her explain what alterations were needed and how she was going to go about them, so that I felt comfortable with the work that would be done to the dress and also understand how the pricing was determined. Noemi is one of kind! She was able to help us make my mom's wedding dress into the perfect dress for me. She was able to not only tailor it to fit me well, but to alter it so that it was more my style! Her work was such a gift. Noemi is delightful and I am so grateful that we were able to work with her to update our dress!
