If you are a new mother, first time navigating having a baby, do not go here. They are awful, they lost my blood work results twice. I have waited over an hour to be seen just to continue waiting. My appointments were always being moved, my FMLA paperwork was “lost” multiple times. I had to change my provider 4 weeks before I was due. It’s not worth it, extremely stressful and a terrible experience.
they’re impatient and have terrible attitudes. They give a lot of misinformation which has costed me two appointments having to be rescheduled. i’m 12 weeks and haven’t been able to speak to the doctor at all in that time. Honestly I know this is like a place for low income people but they need to get a grip, they decided to work in healthcare so they need to have a better attitude about it. I’m going to be looking for a different place because this one sucks. Refrain from coming here unless it is your last option.
Three times doc NO SHOWED. First two times I arrived, they said they had called me that dr.Osuji had emergency/sick (whatever). The third time I showed up at 7:45 when my appointment was at 8am. Waited until almost 9am and the staff said she would normally got there at 9am then why you put me at 8am? Please respect our time because we do respect yours!! Dont waste your time here
