I sitting waiting in the lab office and the front desk lady who speaks Spanish is so loud. I don't need hear all her personal life, im trying to just wait patiently and now my head is starting to hurt. Poor customer service and miscommunication. They had me going to their clinic once I got there. They told me my insurance was not accepted there. When I had clearly called twice to confirm.

They Always reschedule my appointments. Because they don't have doctors.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the second appointment in a row where I have had to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor. During my wait, I could hear the doctor next door having a casual conversation while patients continue to sit and wait to be seen. The last time this happened, I eventually had to walk out without being seen. Unfortunately, it looks like the same thing may happen again today.
