Sheryl & Dylan were absolutely fantastic in repairing our Toyota Land Cruiser prado around Christmas time. Sheryl made the whole process so easy and fought for us to find the at fault driver. The communication throughout was second to none and the team worked hard to make sure we had our car back in time for a family road trip. Highly recommend working with Noel’s panel works!
After a hit and run, I took my car to Noel's Panels for the insurance quote. From my first contact Sheryl was fantastic to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and great communication. 1 week later and they already called me to book it for the following Monday. They repaired my car in 3 days and I had it back, what amazing service. I cannot fault them in anyway and 100% recommend Noel's Panels.
Wow, what an amazing job, team had done to my car, it looks like nothing was ever there, I absolutely love the job they had done to my car from getting the dents out and matching the colour to my car. And a special mention to sherl the administration lady, for her wonderful help with everything was just amazing. If anything ever happens to my car I am going.
Absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism. Cheryl became extremely hard to deal with. They tried their hardest to bring hardship when I was already struggling with a non at fault claim. Took 100% advantage of my inexperience and sucked the insurance company of $$ they could. Do yourself a favour and keep scrolling. I ended up be out of pocket getting fixed what they couldn’t do but should’ve.Became abusive and left my car on the street without my knowledge with the keys in it. I could go on!
