RecommendedTen or twelve years ago, Noel painted the exterior of our previous house. He did such a great job, we contacted him again for our current home. Once we got the estimate, and HOA approval, it was a few days before he started. Total project took three days. Except for the fresh paint job, you'd never know Noel and his team have been here. Everything was cleaned up, patio furniture returned to original location and such. Once again, very pleased with Noel's Painting.
Noel has helped to install wall mounted entertainment center & ceiling fans in our home. He is professional and provides great service.
This is someone I will never recommend. With 25 years of experience, he does not know anything about product or his painting profession. I hired him to paint my house. He came by and did a walk thru estimate and knew what the project details were. After agreeing to his price and time frame, he came out and started the job. There is overspray everywhere and he refused to fix it. We wanted to charge me more to fix his mistakes.
