We have had a terrible experience with Noel’s Caravans and highly recommend you look elsewhere for used Caravans. We are getting legal advice on how to proceed with the repairs on the caravan due to them not checking over it thoroughly at hand over and most importantly they do not stand by the product sell. I bought a used caravan based on their reputation and assurance that the caravan would be checked pre-delivery. I took delivery of the van and, after a day discovered it wasn't roadworthy or fit for purpose. There is no legislation, act or mechanism to hold dealers of used caravans accountable. The CBS, ACCC, even the responsible Ministers acknowledge this. I have got an almighty story to tell of Noel’s don’t refund me for the repairs of the dud caravan they sold me!! Stay tuned if they don’t. And they will be reported to the ACCC!
