Hubby and I bought our first caravan from Noels, it is 2nd hand but like brand new after it only travelling 1000km. We could not be happier with it. We explained our situation and handover was super quick and I cannot thank them enough for it. If looking for a van go here.

We bought a near-new van from Noels recently. The transaction was smooth and the van was delivered in the timeframe promised. Handover was excellent and the van was well presented. Unfortunately, the fridge died during our 4th night of use. We spoke directly to several Dometic service agents who stated that the fault was a known issue with our model of fridge and a full replacement would be needed at a cost of over $2500. Excellent service, from beginning to end. I especially appreciated the way Andrew's maintenance team kept me posted with updates on what stage my caravan was at during the inspection and servicing process. They also were very flexible when I couldn't pick up the van myself and had to arrange for alernative delivery. The lot is spotless, there is a huge range of vans to choose from, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I would certainly buy from them again.
