My daughter broke off three brackets on Thanksgiving vacation. Essence answered our phone call even though the office was closed. She took time to make us feel like it was going to be ok. She quickly fixed the problem despite the brackets being different from the usual brackets. We are so grateful for Essence and this office. We can’t recommend them highly enough.
