I can confirm deceptive practices of this store. Never had anything like this happen even in many countries in Africa where I used to travel. Do not give them your credit card without insisting on a handwritten receipt and keep the tags from the items you bought. I did get the items I chose last week because I took them with me from the store, but I neither saw nor received a written receipt, they made sure I did not get the tags from the pieces I bought. I ordered two necklaces from this boutique, which the owner, Noella, was going to ship to me once she had finished stringing the beads and attaching the clasps. That was over a month ago. I emailed her twice and she did not respond. She had charged my credit card, so the necklaces were paid for, to the tune of close to $3,000. I eventually had the charges reversed, so thankfully I did not get screwed. Buyer beware. There are other reviews which report similar dealings with this woman. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Noella Jewelry Couture over the years. They are always beautiful and my wife is always impressed with the design and unique cuts and quality of the stones. Kudos Noella Jewelry Couture!

I wish I'd read Laure's review before placing an order with Noella. I visited the store in late September and ordered a pair of earrings. I was told that my earrings would arrive in two weeks. It's now been over a month and I still don't have them. More concerning still is that they do not answer their phone or respond to my voicemails or emails. Every effort to reach them has been unsuccessful. I thought the store was amazing, but unfortunately they don't deliver what they promise and have no customer service.

I can't remember the last time I was ripped off in such style. If you shop there, you will NOT get a receipt, you will NOT receive your merchandise for months if ever. And when you do receive it, it will be the wrong style, missing MANY stones which you've already paid for but for which you have no receipt. If you do go to take advantage of the great selection, make sure you leave with the merchandise you bought. As for the first review, it is written by owner's boyfriend, so don't trust it.
