Noelani was, hands down, the best real estate professional we’ve ever worked with and we have bought several homes! She expertly negotiated the purchase of our gorgeous new home, winning a bidding war against another buyer, and kept the deal together through a serious unforeseen obstacle (sudden death of the seller). She helped us get our fantastic loan officer, negotiated the seller covering all our closing costs, and got us into the home of our dreams at a price we could afford. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Noelani was amazing to work with! She quickly figured out our priorities and created a custom listing search for us. She was intuitive and proactive, answering questions about homes we were viewing before I knew I was going to ask them. She was quick and responsive in setting up showings, and went above and beyond for us. She's super personable, and sweet. I recommend her without hesitation!
