This is Bait and Switch. The company has no physical location in Hawaii. They make it look that way on the website. You are doing business out of Arizona. I thought I knew the exact location on the Big Island. Don't be fooled! The bracelets I purchased were of low quality and for children, not for adults or women. No Stars
I have a few pieces from Noelani Hawaii and cherish them all. Recently I lost one of my beloved earrings that I bought years ago so I enquired if I could get another made. Unfortunately they were unable as they didn't have the required beads so instead they took the beads from the remaining earring and made the most stunning necklace out of it. So delighted with it and their customer service (Rebecca) is amazing and so patient. My favourite jewellery store
We were able to meet Noelani for a private shopping appointment. It was a great experience. All her jewelry is amazing and she a wonderful person!
