No one ever answers the phone at the new location, whenever I was finally able to get thru I told the young lady that her out of office was back from May and she laughed and said oh we forgot to change it. A week later I still am not able to get thru and the out of office has still not been updated. I stopped by the new location only to find that the front door said they were at lunch and would return at 2pm - it was 4 pm and still no one had returned. It’s certainly not the way I would run my office.
I want to share my experience with Maleni Garza at State Farm. She is, without a doubt, the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She helped me with all my questions, was incredibly efficient, paid close attention to every detail, and gave me excellent advice. Bad experience with roadside assistance, waiting since 12 at night for a tire change, they arrived two hours later, I do not recommend it. No recomiendo para nada el servicio en carretera por cambio de una llanta a altas horas de la noche espere por dos horas y llamando por cinco ocasiones para ver que estaba pasando que no llegaban auxiliarme pera cobrar sin buenos pero mal servicio no lo recomiendo
