Dr Noel has been my doctor since 1973 (46 years). He has maintained my health in an excellent manner. He always listens to me and my issues. I do not spend hours in a waiting room like other practices. He will be hard to replace when he finally retires.
Love him! He is smart, wise, intelligent, knows what he's talks about!! Doctors like him are far and few between. His kind will be extinct in America if your paying attention!!!
