I had septum surgery done with Dr. Noel and it went extremly well! He is very professional and went beyond the call of duty to check on me after hours when I thought the stitches on my nose were coming out (they were fine). I highly recommend him and his staff of nurses to anyone with a deviated septum, get the surgery! I have never known its possible to breath this well!! V/r Juarl Stewart

Both my son and I have seen Dr. Noel within the past 1.5 years. He is one of the best doctors that I have seen in Minot. He completed my son's tonsillectomy and my nose surgery. He did an absolute amazing job for both. I have no complaints! 5 Stars!
