The wait time is not over 6/7 minutes, the front office staff is very cordial, his assistant after taking vitals, asking you about your health, meds, etc always "stay in office" & ask you is there anything else before she leaves. Dr. Han will knock, come in with a big smile, hello &handshake then retake your blood pressure with his stetscope and again after the visit (doesn't matter what the reading was) before he goes over your visit printout with you. 10+yrs being his' patient and even the other patients are cordial.
