Called sameday for an appointment with Noel got booked with JJ. Everything was fine until 30 mins into the cut when the next appointment walked in then I was rushed out of the chair my line up is no where next to even my beard didn't match the fade and was charged $35 for a simple fade and beard trim? Unacceptable.
I’ve been to this barbershop multiple times, but after my most recent visit, I will not be coming back. Every time I’ve gone, the haircuts have been subpar, and this last one was the worst. I asked for a simple fade and line-up, but the cut ended up uneven and way shorter than I wanted. There were also basic steps skipped, like not putting protective paper around my neck, leaving me covered in hair. When trying to clean me off, the barber used a dirty brush, making things worse.
