We should have reviewed Yelp instead of Google. Our HOA hired this company and was made aware that not only had 1 of 3 of our entrances been completed, but the one that was done has multiple outages. They replied that they fix the remaining entrances and outages, then retracted that, then ghosted us. The one entrance they completed looks disastrous. Edit... These people used to be great. They have gone downhill the last couple of years. Last year it was multiple delays in installation. We were told several times the team "would be out tomorrow", but no one showed or called (try to give clients realistic expectations and a heads up if you are running late). I don't think the lights were finished until 10 days before Christmas. Then there was the garbage left (bulbs, clips, ties, etc.) in the grass, the bushes, etc. This year was the last straw. If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired Noel Lights for our HOA and paid a deposit back in June. In October, I reached out to coordinate the Christmas lights installation, and as of December 2, the job is still not finished. Every time I contact them, I’m given the runaround with no real answers, no follow-through, and absolutely no professionalism. This has been the worst experience unreliable, unresponsive, and far from what any community should deal with. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this company... read more
