I recently moved to Alton, and although I love it here, I was bummed that I wouldn't be able to take my car to my regular mechanic in my old town anymore. An honest and trustworthy mechanic can be hard to find. Thankfully, I think I've found one here in Alton. The axle on my car broke recently, and Josh at Noel Automotive got it fixed when he said he would fix it and at the price he quoted me for it. Not really sure what's going on with this business. I asked owner what kinda business was he running his comment back to me was A HORRIBLEONE!!! We had a truck on his lot for over 5 months . Took us awhile to get correct diagnosis and we got the parts needed to fix it then that's where it stopped. He was seldom open . Not returning phone calls. I just happen drive by saw garage bay door being lowered and had to bang on many windows to get a answer and he said let me get your key and move your vehicle so you can take it home.... read more
