We have owned a Sunset home for almost a year and it has many flaws. He builds houses that look good at first sight but has flaws that you won't see until its too late. Cheap doors that swelled after the rains, he uses cheap grout and it is already breaking up on the floor, cheap paint that chips at the slightest bump, grout coming up around bathtubs and counters, even cheap toilet seats that cracked under the weight of my four year old in a few months. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
