Property management is very poor. Maintenance is very poor and run down. Always homeless or others living in empty rooms or other areas in the building. Needs a lot of repairs and sanitation is definitely needed. A lack of concern for tenants' health and well-being and not to mention the safety of the tenants that do live here. I'm very upset with the way it is being run and managing of this building. Disgusting.
