I have been using Noe Engineering for over 20 years. Dave Noe, the principle is outstanding to work with. They are fast, accurate, and available to help out of any rush project I absolutely have to have done in a minutes notice! You cannot go wrong with this Company for all your site work needs, Grading & Drainage, Flood Reports, structural calculations they can do it all!

My experience with David Noe has been below satisfactory. No communication skills, plans took far too long to finalize and then were kicked back from the county several times because the plans were incomplete. Now come to find out he added a $15,000 upgrade into the plans that was not communicated to us and we are stuck hiring another engineer to re do or build as designed by this so called professional. I would highly recommend not using David Noe if you value communication and professionalism in your build.
