Overpriced and bland. $17 Korean ramen was Shin Ramyun with a bit of vegetables, enough said. The Miso “Japanese” ramen had mushy carrots, spongy noodles, and an overcooked egg. The chashu tasted dry and not fresh. There wasn’t corn, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, nor nori. Had low expectations but this was still disappointing.
