We've ordered here a handful of times before mostly without issue. I got too comfortable and didnt list I had an allergy. I ordered at roughly 730 pm. Driver after driver would go to retrieve my ordered and they would leave 20 minutes later or so being turned away by staff as my order "wasn't ready". By 9:30 the driver was told my order would be ten more minutes and that they didnt have icecream or milk. I asked them to refund anything they couldn't supply. Worst experience ever. Only ordered 6 cookies and waited over an hour for the order. It wasn’t even correct. This place is a safety hazard. The door handle was broke so customers couldn’t get out. I used a chair to keep the door open
Not sure how the cookies tasted because they made me wait 30 minutes and said couldn't find my order. Not sure if adults because kept seeing kids who had no idea what they were doing
Cookies were good but 20 Minutes is a little too long for a cookie, i get there warm but bake 1-2 people will buy them
