After much time, research and consideration, in January 1971, the Authority decided that area residents could best be served by creation of the Nocona Hospital District to include both the Nocona and Prairie Valley Texas School Districts, and such Hospital District was created by August 1971. SLOWER THAN THE VA EMERGENCY ROOMS!!!! ended up walking out of the waiting room after over an hour of waiting to be seen. Never made it past filling out some paperwork. To maoe things better, it was 0400 amd there was NO ONE coming in or out
Do not go here. They will leave you to suffer. Ended up leaving and taking my parents to Harris where they took care of them immediately. My mom was So dehydrated her body was drawing up after an hr of waiting for help we left and will never go back. What a sorry excuse for a hospital.
