They didn't have what I needed in the Fort Collins office, so Steve went out of his way to pick it up in the Greeley office and deliver it. Deliver it! Amazing customer service!
I purchased cartridges probably a month ago so I would have on hand when they ran out. I've supported this store in FC before they moved. I am very disappointed that I was given 2 cartridges that don't fit my model, and now on a weekend I'm stuck and not able to print. I'll go back to return them, and I'm sure Steve will make it right, but sure is a major inconvenience. No one can plan when the ink runs out, and you expect they will give the right ones.
