Great experience with basement finish! Flexible with our needs and very timely responses when we had questions (which was daily!). Communication was great and work was done well. Always passed inspections the first time.
Team is amazing!
We built a custom home in 2020 with NoCO Custom homes. This was not our first custom home, but it WAS the best experience building a home. From the initial meeting, it was clear that Jason and Dani were highly organized! Dani kept us on a schedule of making decisions regarding cabinets, flooring, appliances, fixtures, etc. Jason always had the next crew lined up so that we stayed on schedule. We did build during Covid, but it really didn’t affect us too much. We are living in the home of our dreams!
We just completed a very custom home. Not only the design, but thee construction details. The house is very air tight (ACH 50 = .92) thanks to NoCO Custom Homes and attention to detail managing air infiltration. Our Superintendent was the best we could ask for.
