This companies junk product died like clockwork just after the warranty ran out. Customer service just said too bad... plenty of competitors make better products at 1/3rd or less of the cost that actually work for a while.
I bought a nlp30 battery at Walmart and the box had used lawnmower pulleys inside. After contacting them they made things right. Walmart said it was nocos fault and would not fix the problem but noco did make it right. I own several of their products and will continue to use them
