No one has returned my email my order was delivered wrong I ordered the gb8003 they sent gb8008 and after 3 emails no reply its ok to make a mistake not ok to ignore the error
Bought the gbx 155 for semi trucks. Only have used the unit twice and has stopped working with a ton of different codes. Called customer support and filed with noco the unit is just over the warranty. But their solution is just buy another 600 dollar unit well that ain't gonna happen again only used it twice and it craps out definitely not a good investment I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone you have absolutely lost my business.
Huge shout-out to Bob Jones from NOCO. I informed Bob about an order I made in which the NOCO jump starter came with a different port than a few others I purchased. Bob kindly assisted me with obtaining a complimentary cable for the jump starter. I truly appreciate Bob and the customer service that was provided. Thank you again!
Purchased a NOCO GP150 three years ago. Won’t take a charge and contacted NOCO. They stated they can’t service it do to safety concerns and only a one year warranty. Nearly $500.00 throwaway after 3 years. Claimed to be a quality product. No different than every other foreign sourced parts and assembled in America throw away.
This companies junk product died like clockwork just after the warranty ran out. Customer service just said too bad... plenty of competitors make better products at 1/3rd or less of the cost that actually work for a while.
