Great food! Even better margaritas
I had really high hopes for Noche based on the menu and the prices, but I left a bit disappointed. The “enchiladas” are not enchiladas. They’re stacked layers of tortilla and a small amount of meat smothered in sauce. The mole was decent, but the tortillas were hard to cut through. The brisket in the quesadillas seemed to be 70% fat. I don’t mind some fatty pieces in my brisket, but when that’s the majority of what you bite into it is quite off-putting.
