My Husband and I love raising our son in the neighborhood of Coastal Oaks in the master planned community of Nocatee! Our home is on a large corner lot with plenty of space to throw the football and run our Spaniel. My husband and I love living in the Cypress Trails community. Our home has preserve and water views that are enjoyed every day. My favorite home feature is the family room, which overlooks preserve, and its large three-panel sliding glass door. We have so much natural light, the lights don't go on until it's dark outside! We also love our open floorplan and cooking/entertaining in our spacious kitchen. We can't say enough good things about our first home-building experience, our beautiful AV home and the Nocatee community.
