Sat at the sushi bar with no reservation. I took both of the servers recommendation (yellowtail jalapeño and soft crab) both amazing I loved being able to watch the chef in real time.
Superb flavors, especially the legendary cod miso and tuna tartare. While the dishes are culinary perfection, the portions are small and the prices are steep. A fantastic splurge for the palate, even if it leaves your stomach (and wallet) feeling a bit light.
Crazy great service, food, and atmosphere! Go there every time in Vegas. The one in Paris Hotel is also nice.
