Robert DeNiro is one of the owners of this chic restaurant, and it is not uncommon to see other celebrities dining here unobtrusively. The sushi bar and entrees are described as "groundbreaking Japanese cuisine with Latin American influences." Famed chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings dining that is delightful and unique to restaurant patrons. A wildly different dish for many diners may be the squid pasta, but more ordinary menu items are also available. Try the Omakase chef's selection for a sampling of Nobu's very best. I have been to many Nobus across the world. In my opinion, this Nobu falls a little bit short of the other ones. This is the only time I have had the omakase at Nobu and while it was very good, I would rather opt for omakase at a more authentic Japanese restaurant. Portion sizes are expectedly very small and prices very high. Uni was exceptionally buttery and fresh.
I took my girlfriend to Vegas for her birthday. I had asked her where she wanted to go for her birthday dinner while we were there, and she picked Nobu. We were both very excited as we love Japanese food and fine dining. I booked our reservation months in advance, and we both couldn't stop talking about it as we were excited! The evening of her birthday I also had us booked to take a helicopter tour of The Strip. I noticed that our timing was going to be tighter than anticipated (there was a last minute update from the tour)... read more
Felt like dining on a tacky cruise ship. It started with a rather questionable table, despite the reservation note clearly stating 'Celebration,' and was made worse by a wobbly chair. Safe to say, the mood took a hit right away. The food arrived first, and only then did the champagne show up served in a wine glass instead of a flute. The whole experience felt rushed and disorganized. There was nothing refined about it. At some point, the table was so cluttered with dirty plates and empty glasses, it felt less like a fine din... read more
Hostess were rude to us and guess-what?? -We are eating infront at the steak house
Pulled up a seat at the sushi bar in Nobu at Caesar’s Palace and—wow—what a ride. From the very first welcome to the final dreamy bite of uni, the service was sharp, attentive, and genuinely warm. The sashimi? Absolute art. Japanese scallops so tender they whispered sweet nothings, snapper that tasted like it had just backflipped out of the ocean, and uni that could convince a non-believer to convert on the spot. The atmosphere was exactly what you’d hope for, elevated but unpretentious, with a side of good vibes courtesy of... read more
