Fishy Toro - small portions and weak 9n take out. Not up to Nobu standards.
My partner and I enjoyed our anniversary meal here and had the loveliest time. Our server, Columbia, brought out incredible dishes and bites so we could experience what this specific Nobu had to offer. He was very intentional and genuine, we were not surprised to hear he’s been there for 16 years. Outstanding dinner at Nobu Caesars Palace! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The Black Cod with Miso is legendary for a reason—melted in our mouths and so delicious! The sizzling mushroom toban yaki had incredible deep flavor, and the sea urchin (uni) was truly out of this world—so fresh, rich, and sweet! Fresh oysters, fantastic sashimi salad, and top-notch service from Matthew. A perfect dining experience in Vegas. 5 stars all the way, highly recommend!!!
Went here for dinner on 10/10/26 to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, the hostess told us it was fine to bring out a cake during dinner. However, at the end of the meal, a woman with glasses who I assume was the manager got really aggressive and started yelling at us for bringing out the cake. Not sure why we were told one thing by the hostess and then got yelled at for following what we were told was okay. The whole interaction was unnecessary and aggressive
