Je suis vraiment choqué et extrêmement déçu. J’ai payé 150 $ en espérant avoir un bon repas, mais la nourriture était vraiment mauvaise et ne valait absolument pas le prix. Je regrette d’avoir dépensé autant pour une telle qualité. Pour l’instant, je n’ai pas encore trouvé un seul bon restaurant à Las Vegas. J’ai surtout l’impression de tomber sur des attrape-touristes où l’on paie très cher pour une cuisine très décevante. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Dining at Nobu Las Vegas was one of the biggest disappointments of our trip. I went to Nobu over the weekend and I'm disappointed to say the least. For starters the server was unhelpful and apathetic toward our table and budget. He had mentioned the omakase as the higher budgeted option, and then said there was another option where they work with our budget, but because our budget was only $150/person that he couldn't help us because that one starts at $200. I would give Nobu Las Vegas a solid four-star rating. Overall, the experience was very good, but there is still a little room for improvement. The biggest issue was the waiting time. If you have a confirmed reservation slot and still have to wait around 20 minutes before being seated, that is not ideal for a restaurant at this level. Black cod was cooked well but the glaze was not to our palates liking (very sweet). Uni nigiri was very fresh. Probably the pinnacle of American sushi with complex flavours without feeling super heavy Was also offered a complimentary birthday dessert Do note, it was impossible to reach the front desk via phone
