This was my very first time getting my hair done and I am so glad Nobo Salon was my first experience. Gwyn was my stylist and did an absolutely outstanding job. She was very thorough during the consult and was very mindful of getting me to the exact color and cut I wanted. She gave me specifications on what to expect in the future and gave me amazing after care recommendations. It’s been almost a month now and my color is sitting perfectly. Extremely Disappointing Experience and Lack of Professionalism I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at Nobo Salon. During my first visit, an error was made by the stylist, Gwen, which left me confused and dissatisfied. Although mistakes happen, I was eager to resolve the issue and followed Gwen’s instructions to return at 6:45 PM for a correction.
