This place is horrible the girl who works there can’t speak a work of English they rip you off pool chemicals are 3 times the price of other places and they never open on time I waiting over half hour for them to open and still no one showed up
Decent service, but had to give a 3 because the retail store never opens on time. Opening hours show 10AM, but never there on time.
One of my worst experiences with a retail store and I used to manage them. The lady working there gave me the wrong part. I needed a wrench for removing the winter cap on a jet. She sold me a hub piece from a solar cover reel. When she tried to ring it up she couldn’t find it in her inventory so she made up a price. ($25 for a small part). I get home and open the bag to discover it is the wrong piece and won’t work. So I go back to return it on my next trip in.
