Decent service, but had to give a 3 because the retail store never opens on time. Opening hours show 10AM, but never there on time.
One of my worst experiences with a retail store and I used to manage them. The lady working there gave me the wrong part. I needed a wrench for removing the winter cap on a jet. She sold me a hub piece from a solar cover reel. When she tried to ring it up she couldn’t find it in her inventory so she made up a price. ($25 for a small part). I get home and open the bag to discover it is the wrong piece and won’t work. So I go back to return it on my next trip in. Great service and honest prices. These guys are the best. James and his team are very easy to work with and they are committed to helping you when questions asked. The lady who does my water test is also the best. She is kind and honest. Great Job!!! Highly recommend
