Dissatisfied with the scheduling (didn't show up for appointment as scheduled, to ok a day off work and never showed, called after scheduled time to say they were not coming and had to reschedule), when service finally happened I was at work and they overbooked my wife by $150 also charged a $59 fee to my credit card after I was told it would be applied to the total the day of service.

The ice maker in my Samsung fridge went bad. They came out and replaced a part of it, this did not stop it from freezing up. I called back 2 weeks later, and was told they needed to order a whole new ice maker unit, and it was on back order and they should have it in a couple months. I was hospitalized for about a month, when I called them back they said it was ‘out of warranty’. BecUse ot was older than 3 months. So I paid 300 to fix an ice maker, and I still do not have one!

Very unprofessional. Called and made an appointment for Monday and was charged a “non refundable” appointment hold fee of $59. I the. received a call Sunday by someone very rude saying they would not be able to commit to their appointment and I needed to reschedule. Since I already had taken time off work to be home for this time and scheduled the rest of my week, I couldn’t reschedule. Don’t schedule appointments you can’t commit to. This company is a scam!!! Our tech missed TWO service windows. Showed up 2.5 hours late to the second one. Told me he would be able to fix my dryer and then told me 10 minutes later he needed another part and would be back in 2.5 hours. He didn’t come back, missed TWO MORE service windows to install the “missing” part he needed and left my dryer like this. More broken than when he started!!
