I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The front desk staff were dismissive and careless dont care when I tried to address my concerns. I asked to speak with management, but instead of a call or help, I received a letter ending my care and accusing me of “abuse.” All I wanted were referrals that I had been waiting on for over a month. First, I want to note that I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews or complains. However, the treatment I received at this office was so unacceptable that I felt compelled to not only call but physically drive to the office to try and speak with someone directly. The first red flag was when I scheduled an appointment with PA Nobles, only to find out DURING my visit, AFTER paying, that she was not available. Was looking for new primary care doctor my old one took advantage of me and would just collect insurance without treating me correctly. This office was set up after a visit with ER was hoping would be better than last experience but was not at all. I'm at appointment on time but no one was in office had to wait in cold before nurse showed up to open door. Filled out paper work checked marks on what I needed one of them was pain in ear. Dr. Noble, his wife and staff have always been professional and caring. Kudos to Roxy. I have had to call her a few times when I forget question or renewing meds. but she’s always so sweet. I like that the office is smaller, quaint and not super crowded. Love your summer tree Deborah
