I have gone to this clinic a few times now, the staff is super friendly and it is very clean, they have helped me make calls to my insurance, and other things. I won’t give them 5 stars just because they do not have a gynecologist on site. Overall I think doctor Maria V alfaro and her team is great for me.
These people are awful! It's hard to get somebody on the phone. They don't call back when you leave a message. Their customer is terrible. When you go into one of these offices it looks like you're in a 3rd world country some where! I saw the doctor and she barely addressed my problems and pushed me out of the door! The staff is super unhelpful! They didn't take my insurance because they failed to report to anthem that the doctor on my insurance card doesn't work there anymore and hasn't for TWO YEARS!
