Thinking Outside The Box For Max Results We wanted to do something different for our investment and we ended up going for a duplex strategy with a pretty decent amount of uplift instead of a conventional investment strategy needing to wait 10-20 years for capital growth. Zane is genuinely helpful. His deep knowledge in house design, council requirements, and costings of necessary works eliminates budget blow out and delays. If you are a first home builder his extensive knowledge and experience will help you build the house you want within your budget. Zane is a mentor, and because I want to build my investment portfolio I need his expertise. Five Star rating is underrated. His good vibes brings positive outcomes! Working with Zane was been one of the best decisions I have made lately. The outcome has been great. With Zanes help, we managed to hack the cost of living crisis :D. I have a dual key property with 5 rooms where one side rented out as conventional stay, and two bedrooms where I stay in one room and one room rented out as short term stays. Got really good cashflow from this deal, and I am looking forward to my next deal. Highly recommended as my short term stay guests say haha!
