I made an appointment for a consultation today, August 26th, at 2PM. Showed up at the office about 10 or 5 minutes prior to the appointment, filled out paperwork, and waited … and waited … for the attorney to see me. Forty-five minutes later, I had reached my limits and told the receptionist to refund my fee. What POOR customer service! Don't tell me to show up at 2PM if you can't see me until 3PM.
