Easily the worst Toyota Service Centre I have attended , Chullora Noble is a joke of a centre they took the car for 2 days and literally did nothing and tried to claim They did me a favour by not charging me, laughable

I had my first ( complimentary) safety check of my new Corolla Cross - have to say the experience was seamless. I was impressed with the process, and hope this is the ongoing service experience to come . I felt like royalty-The wonderful salesman Ariyan Also came Out to greet me and enquire about how I was going with my new car. Noble Toyota and their service team May have all the current technologies, but they still deliver the customer good old-fashioned service . Thank you!!
A Month of Incompetence, Disrespect, and Dishonesty. Do Not Trust This Service Centre With Your Car. I want to lay out exactly what happened at Nobles Toyota Chullora, because "disappointing" doesn't come close to covering it. What should have been a straightforward handbrake repair turned into a full month of mismanagement, stonewalling, and outright dishonesty from the service team and the manager overseeing my case. It’s my fault that I made deal with this company and with the supervisor of this company. They have bad customer service and they can’t fix anything. They couldn’t fix my car properly and also they sold me 2024 car instead of 2025. They took advantage of my health conditions and they refused to fix the car for me.
