I was warned not to go here by a friend, after his experience this summer, who said their service department is a joke. Well I figured I just needed parts how bad could it be so I went in just to get some ordered The guy I spoke to behind the counter was clueless about any of the parts I needed, he didn’t even seem like he wanted to help me. Im telling you to steer clear. Just go next door to Hilltop.
Corey and Alex were wonderful to work with; cheerful and friendly and selling a good used RV for a good price. They spent a lot of time explaining things and getting answers for us. Alex was very knowledgeable from a mechanic standpoint, and he spent an hour showing me how to work everything. Corey also spent a lot of time on the phone and in person, with a very helpful and willing spirit, truly caring about us as customers. Keep employing and promoting great employees like them. Thanks.
