VERY POOR customer service. I brought my camper in last week Monday, was told it should be repaired by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no calls, or anything. I called Thursday, they said they didn't get to it, should be done by Saturday. I called Saturday, not done. So I picked it up, went to another RV Repair place today, they repaired it IN THE SAME DAY!. Needless to say, I will not be getting any more repairs at Camping World in Oronoco, MN.
Talked with sales they were great. Service was terrible. Took so long getting answer never get call back had always continue track down. They charged me 330 dollars diagnostic on warranty concern. They call never ran ac as describe issue so never got diagnose correctly. Solar issue they said works fine nothing wrong. When asked what check they said fuse and connector. I asked what voltage and amp are out panels. He said didn't know. I asked wouldn't this be first step of only charging half what should be. He came back with o... read more
