If your order delivery and they forget one of your pizzas, don’t count on them delivering it. No apologies and the options were they will make the pizza but you have to come pick it up (kinda defeats the purpose of delivery) or they will have to email corporate in order to get you the refund for the one missing pizza. Just seems like management has no power to actually provide customer service.
