The Midwest Cubano is hands down one of the best sandwiches I've had. You can tell the quality of the ingredients being used from the ham to the mustard. Had a chocolate chip cookie for desert as well and even that was amazing.
I love this place! The sandwiches are made with top notch ingredients…especially the bread (try the focaccia!). So many great add ons too-drinks, chips, dessert, etc.! The staff have always been super friendly and accommodating! Do yourself a favor and stop here…you will be a return customer for sure!
We picked up a charcuterie tray and the mushroom small plate to take to our hotel along with some wine. Absolutely wonderful. Food was great, prices reasonable, and excellent service.
A hidden treasure in Viroqua, WI. If you happen to be passing this way it's worth your time to stop and have a meal here. Local ingredients are highlighted in the sandwiches, salads, soups, breads and pastries served here. We stumbled on Noble Rind by accident, but will be stopping there whenever we are on our way to Madison or Spring Green. As a bonus the quilt and yarn stores as well as the gift stores in Viroqua were pleasant surprises.
SUCH good food, very friendly employees, love the atmosphere. Gluten free friendly!!
